Valerie O’Hanlon is the founder of Clarence Consulting, a career, life and business coaching consultancy in Limerick in 2014. Valerie is one of the best career coaches based in Ireland, she is one of only 40 PCC credentialed coaches in Ireland. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD) and a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA).

Valerie is also a volunteer with Connect a Coach ( free coaching to frontline and emergency workers) and a volunteer with the CCPC on their Money Skills for Life Programme.

She believe very strongly in Life Long Learning and that it is never too late to start something new. In 2016, she was named ICF Ireland Career Coach of the Year.
