Fusion Yoga Cork has teamed up with the Bean & Berry Cafe and Wild Wellness Mobile Sauna to bring you a morning of pure outdoories adventures. On the outskirts of Kinsale, along the path of the Wild Atlantic Way is the well loved Garretstown beach. This popular surf and swim spot is the ideal place for such a collaboration.
Sunday June 19th
10:30am - 12:00pm Meet & greet followed by Fusion Yoga class on the beach with Fi Tierney.
12:00pm - 1:00pm Sauna with Wild Wellness and deliciously healthy breakfast with Bean & Berry.
This promises to be a really gorgeous morning filled with treats for self nourishment. Breathing in the fresh sea air through yoga, splashing in the sea pre sauna, recharging your system on delicious healthy food...what more could you ask for on a Sunday morning.
