Logistics:

• Pay what you can 15-35 euro (message Liz on Whats App if you have money is an issue and we can see how you can support us in another way)
• Arrive 10 min earlier to not feel rushed
• Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, water or tea, tennis ball or any other massage tool or roller
• Bring a drum or another musical instrument (You and Your voice is enough in any way, musical instruments not compulsory)
• Comfy clothers

Itinerary:

• We start with a guided journey to arrive into the space and drop into your body through movement and sound
• Connect to each other's voices and explore harmony
• Learn a song together

Charity aspect:

• 10% of profits from the event (or more dependable on numbers of attendees) go to support childrens charity project I am working on. More info to come soon
