About this event
After a memorable appearance at last year's festival, Stuart returns to examine the music and movement that was Northern Soul. Drawing from his book, 'Young Soul Rebels' - a personal record of a his experience of the whole Northern Soul scene, Stuart will be discussing everything from frantic searches of record shop shelves to find the ultimate, rare white label to amphetamine-fuelled all nighters at the legendary clubs in England's industrial north. Stuart will be joined by Darren Mac Domhnaill and Liam Evans (POW City) and will be in discussion with Joe Donnelly.
