A 90 minute Yin Yoga practice and dedicated to your hips, including a body scan meditation.

About this Event

This extended online yin practice is all about the hips, and paying attention to the network of muscles and tissues surround your hip joints.

Yin is a slow, mindful practice with its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Taoism. It offers us a chance to slow down, go inwards and connect to our experience. If you are someone who loves the more Yang pace of life - whether that's yoga, sport, or just the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life - Yin can offer a lovely way to balance your energy or Chi, as it's known in TCM.

This evening practice will feature some favourite yin poses for the hips, and a lying body scan meditation to help you feel grounded and present in your body.

Come prepared with your PJs/comfy clothes, blanket, candles, favourite oils or incense, and your herbal tea of choice. Whatever you need to create you cosy yin den!

The class will be live on Zoom, and available as a recording for 7 days. So if you can't make it live, or you want to do the class again during the week, it's available to stream whenever and wherever suits you.

This is part of a 3 class series. This class alone is €15, or to book all 3 it's €35.

Bookings close 1 hour before the class starts.

Refunds will be given for cancellations up to 24hrs before the class. No refunds if cancelled within 24hrs of the event.
