About this event
This 3 hour workshop will help guide you towards living a life with a greater sense of awareness and presence. You will gain a larger understanding into the area of Mindfulness and why it actually holds such great value for us all.
This workshop is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who would like to begin a Mindfulness practice and also for those who want to grow their already existing practice.
This workshop will be a small and intimate gathering so tickets are limited.
Tea/coffee and scones will be served during the workshop, allowing you the opportunity to connect with other participants there.
