About this event
Join me this Saturday 3rd of December for a winter sunrise - lets meet again for a FREE sunrise yoga class and a dip in the sea.
This will be a heart opening yoga flow, followed by a dip in the sea. There might even be a treat afterwards 😊
Please bring your own yoga mat. Dress warm!

Is now Virtual Yoga teacher.
Maura's passion is retreats and wellness days around Ireland and abroad.
Pre covid - maura taught from a small space in Blackrock, Co Dublin and occasionally has workshops in her hometown Wexford. At the moment Maura is completely virtual with the current covid restrictions.
Maura is trained in multiple styles of yoga from Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, mandala and yin yoga.
She has a deep knowledge of Yoga with 655 certifited hours under her belt and also works as a Yoga teacher trainer.
Maura believes yoga is for everybody – and everyone’s body is different. Rather than just focus on form, she will guide and adjust your practice to get the most out it – no matter your body type, ability or age, using individualised asana modifications where needed.
