2nd International Interdisciplinary Supervision Conference

Supervision through different lenses

The Psychotherapy Department in Dublin City University, Ireland is delighted to host a two-day international conference on Supervision in April 2018. This conference brings together leading international and national experts in the field who will provide keynote speeches and masterclasses focused on the evolving nature of supervision.

Our international keynote speakers and masterclass presenters are:

  • Doug Guiffrida, Associate Professor, University of Rochester, New York

  • Peter Hawkins, Executive Professor of Leadership, Henley Business School

  • Mary Creaner, Assistant Professor, Trinity College Dublin

  • Bobby Moore, Northern Ireland Institute of Human Relations

The conference will offer a range of supervisor and supervisee-focused workshops, as well as contemporary research papers to inform and enhance supervisory practice.

The conference schedule is designed to be of relevance to counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, nurses, social workers and psychiatrists who are providing and receiving supervision and supervision consultation.

Continuous Professional Development Certificates will be issued for each day of conference attendance. Delegates will be awarded a total of 12 hours of CPD (6 hours per day) and/or 8 CPD points (4 per day) for Psychological Society of Ireland members.

Early bird deadline: 8th March 2018

Cancellation and refund policy: Full fees refunded up until 13th April; half of the fees refunded after 13th April but before 25th April; no refund if cancellation is within 48hours of the conference date.
