Support group for parents of young adults aged 18-24 with ADHD

We would like to invite you to our online video session to discuss concerns, issues and your experiences of living with your young adult with ADHD.

And for those who wouldn't be used to online computer messaging, all you need is a computer with a camera.

Facilitated by ADHD Ireland staff, these online meetings will be a free space to ask questions, receive tips and resources to help you, get support and discuss the challenges you face. These peer to peer sessions offer support and guidance to each other.
