The terms & conditions:

1. You can either pre-order and pay for your Trail Map online, or take your chances and hope to purchase one of the five we are reserving for in-real-life purchase on the day at our stall at the Skerries Mills Farmers Market. We'll be there from 10 a.m. until 12 noon.
2. The Trail Map contains one voucher for each of the six participating businesses, which must be exchanged against a taste before 4 p.m. on Saturday. After that, the vouchers lose any value.
3. See below for an overview of what's on offer. A list of allergens, if any, will be available at our stall on the day.
4. Receive your first taste (courtesy of Shoots and Roots) at our stall.
5. Then make your way to the other five businesses, all within easy walking distance.
6. You will receive one taste in exchange for the respective voucher in each business.

• Hella's Kitchen, Skerries Mills Farmer's Market: Trail Goers can choose one of various flavours of jams in 200g jars. First come, biggest choice!

• Olive's Delicatessen, Strand Street: a cup of seasonal soup made from McNally's organic veg with organic sourdough bread
• Shoots and Roots: Raw Caramel Slice
• Windmill Café, Skerries Mills: Mackerel Pâté on Skerries Mills Wholemeal Bread
