OECD (2018) “Innovation in pedagogy, like any kind of innovation, takes existing ideas, tools or practices and brings them together in new ways to solve problems when current practice is not adequately meeting needs”.

This symposium provides a forum for teacher educators and those with a passion for education to discuss, analyse and review innovations in ITE practice, supports and assessments over the course of the pandemic. It focuses on supporting student teacher wellbeing and experiences in adapted online environments while also maintaining and progressing standards in teacher education and assessment.
