Within this learning event we explore ways to take time back, manage routines more effectively and time budgeting and task management

About this event

This session requires a full morning to cover two sessions of learning, allowing for a 30 minute break in between.

Responding to our complex and demanding environments we apply techniques to manage time and tasks more effectively.

Learning Outcomes:

Session 1 – Defining and Understanding High Performance

At the end of this segment participants will be able to:

• Understand their sources of energy and what drains their energy

• Develop a Personal SWOT

• Assertively prioritise the most important tasks and communicate commitments

Session 2 – Team Role Theory

At the end of this segment participants will be able to:

• Manage their time budget more effectively

• Understanding and apply the essential steps of Planning

• Produce robust plans that include contingency for timing and budgets
