Description

TasteKerry will be hosting a series of Local Food Talks delivered by a number of key industry professionals from around the country focusing on collaboration in local food. These talks will give a clear and objective insight via a personal case to case studies, exploring the concept and benefits of local food: the importance of geography, natural resources, traditional creative skills, and transportation. Speakers on the Day will include: Mark Murphy from Dingle cookery school; Richard Donnely in BIM; Avril Allshire Howe of Caherbeg Free Range Pork Ltd and West Cork Farm Tours ; Patricia O’Sullivan from Taste Limerick and Colm Healy, Skellig’s Chocolate.
