About this event
Development Perspectives and Drogheda Town FC are partnering to organise a 3-hour team building and leadership workshop for community groups based in or near Drogheda.
This workshop is ideal for members of community or voluntary organisations (sports, arts, hobbies, communities of interest, youth clubs etc.) that wish to increase their skills in these areas for the benefit of the groups they work/volunteer with.
Topics on the day will include:
- Principles of good teamwork
- Team problem solving
- Leadership styles
- Key aspects of effective leadership
The workshop will be delivered by an experienced facilitation team through a "learning by doing" approach.
Tea, coffee and snacks will be available for all participants.
