About this event
This week we will be chatting with nutritionist Orla Walsh, we will be covering what are the nutritional requirements for teens, how we can encourage healthy eating habits, how to be smart with snacks and will be on hand to answer your questions on the evening.
Tickets cost €12.50 + EB fee. A recording of the talk will be made available to you via a private link (sent to you the day after the event) for one week after the live event in case you miss it or want to watch it again.

ORLA WALSH RD
Born in Dublin, Orla qualified as a Dietitian from Kings College London. Orla also has an MA in Physiology from Trinity College Dublin, a Masters in Clinical Nutrition from Roehampton University, London and a postgraduate diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition at the University of Ulster.
Orla has completed additional training in Behaviour Change, the low FODMAP diet, fertility, PCOS and ISAK Anthropometry.
Although Orla works in all areas of Dietetics, she specialises in PCOS, cholesterol lowering diets and gut health.

The event will be live via Zoom, a link will be sent to everyone who registers and the event will be available to watch back for one week if you missed it or would like to watch again.
