Please do not share your ticket with anyone, as tickets can only be scanned once at the door on entry. If a ticket has already been scanned you won't gain entry to the venue. Regardless of what name is on the ticket you will not gain entry to the event if it has been scanned in already. We only advise patrons to buy tickets directly from us on the Eventbrite site. Please be advised if you bought a ticket from another source there is a risk this could be a fake or duplicated. If the same QR code ticket is presented to be scanned for a second time for entry this person will not gain entry at this only at this point we will require ID to establish to if the ticker holder matches. Once the ticket scans there will be no issues with gaining entry

Q. I bought a ticket for my son and my name is on the ticket and not my sons name will he get in okay ?
A. Yes once the ticket hasn`t been scanned previously then that`s okay !
Q. I bought a ticket from my best friend and we are both going to the event together ?
A. Yes once the ticket hasn`t been scanned previously then that`s okay ! Tickets can only be scanned once.
Q. I bought a ticket from a person I don’t know is this a problem ?
A. Please beware this could be a fake or a duplicated ticket. If the ticket is already scanned at the door the duplicated ticket will not scan and you won`t gain entry.
Q. I don’t have photo ID will i still get in ?
A. We will only require photo ID if there is an issue with the ticket presented as we will need to match the ticket to the person.
Q. Will there be soft drinks available ?
A. The event is an Alcohol free event, we will be serving water drinks only.
Q. Who is running the event ?
A. St. Pauls basketball club and Killorglin Basketball Club are running the event as a fundraiser The event is not run by Killorglin Sports Complex .
NO TICKET = NO ENTRY!!
A bag search will be conducted on anyone entering the venue with a schoolbag, handbag or sports bag.
Our event is an alcohol free event and we have a zero-tolerance policy towards alcohol. Anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol will NOT be permitted entry into the event and parents will be contacted to collect their teenager from the venue. A ban will be enforced and patrons will also not be permitted entry to any of future events.
We ask all parents to make contact with the parents of their teenager’s friends to discuss transport arrangements going to and from the venue. We ask that all parents escort their teenagers to the venue and DO not leave them to wander off and loiter in the outskirts of the venue. We ask all parents to ensure that their teenager does not have access to alcohol and that they arrive at the event in a sober condition. As mentioned above we have a zero-tolerance towards alcohol.
Violent Conduct, Anti Social Behaviour and/or Bullying is NOT tolerated. If anyone feels that they are a victim of this, they can report this behaviour anonymously to security who will deal with the situation in the most appropriate manner.

Loitering around the vicinity of the venue is not permitted. Anyone who is dropped off by parents and heads away from the vicinity of the venue will NOT be permitted entry into the event.
A team of qualified and experienced Security will be running security operations on the night along with support from stewards. There is also a First Aid and Welfare Station located in the venue if any patrons become unwell or need to contact their parents. If you or your child has any medical provisions/needs, such as Epi-pens, please make contact with us on the email above so we can make the necessary arrangements
Any damage or vandalism that takes place to the venue and/or facility and surrounding areas will be reported to An Garda Siochana and costs of damage will be compensated by the person guilty of such offence.
We advise that teenagers have a substantial meal before the event and stay hydrated and make sure their phones are fully charged and has sufficient credit.
Flashing Lights, Strobing, Lasers and other Special Effects are used at the event.
Flash Photography & Videography will also be present at the event.
