About this event
GOSHH will be hosting a 2 week workshop series that revolves around telling a story about yourself that you've always wanted to share. During the workshops you will learn how to structure your story in a safe and comfortable space. There will be opportunity to receive feedback and support form others in the hope that each participant can learn how to express themselves better.
No previous experience is needed - all life stories are welcome no matter how big or small as long as it's a story you are ready to share. Open to adults 18+ in the LGBTI+ community.
The workshops will run from 5.30pm to 7pm on Monday evenings.
The dates are as follows: October 10 & October 17
This event will launch during Limerick Mental Health Awareness Week. A full overview of the weeks events will be available at https://limerickmentalhealth.ie/ over the coming weeks.
