THE ART OF PRACTICE

Immersive Yoga Weekends

Announcing our very first practitioners’ immersive experience. Naomi Sturdy and Sibylle Dallmann have come together to create the 'ART of PRACTICE' specifically for yoga students who wish to truly deepen their practice in an intelligent, relevant and elegant way.

These weekends are offered to you with the intention to create a fertile interaction of practice and theory. Deeply informed by our joint Teacher Training curriculum 'The ART of TEACHING’, each weekend offers you a unique doorway, a specific angle through with you will investigate, explore and ultimately grow your practice on and off the mat.

Detailed explorations into the architecture of asanas as well as the practices of meditation and pranayama will organically weave in and out of discussions on applied philosophy supported by guided writing practices and experiential conversations with the subtle anatomy of your energetic system.

Each weekend offers you a space to find more refinement in what you already know, identify and shed patterns that are no longer serving you and skilfully elevate your practice towards more depth and mastery. Beside deeply nourishing you on every level, these immersions create a unique context for personal growth on and off the yoga mat.

The Art of Effortless Effort: March 23-25, €225

The Art of Empowered Engagement: April 27-29, €225

The Art of Consistent Connection: June 22-24, €225

Each weekend is 12hr and can be counted towards continued professional education.
