Taking over the leafy surrounds of Herbert Park, The BigGrill will allow you to smell, taste, discover and learn about all kinds of BBQ’ing, grilling, smoking, meats and delicacies from around the globe, washed down with a choice craft beer or cider. There'll also be demos & workshops from well known chefs, chilli eating challenge, little griller kids area, a grand BBQ cook-off and loads more.
