Join us once again for a Camino Training morning, this month walking our way to The Spinc in Glendalough. All are welcome!

At 9:00am, we’ll meet at Glendalough Upper Lake Car Park

We’ll take a delightful walk through the forest before a short but steep climb to The Spinc itself. From here, we’ll enjoy the view!

Book your place today for €12 which goes entirely to our partner charities, in this case Confraternity of the Friends of St. James.

Here is some information about the walk -

This walk follows the same route as the other Spinc trails up onto the boardwalk. It stays on this boardwalk for 1.7km before turning off in the direction of Lugduff Mountain. This section of the trail is a good place to spot deer and birds such as Raven, Merlin and Kestrel. Finally, the trail links up with the Wicklow Way track to lead you back to the Information Office.

Spinc and the Wicklow Way (Red Route)

Follow the Camino

Follow the Camino organises walking and cycling holidays in Europe for adventure seekers from all over the world. Since 2006, we’ve offered a great range of manageable walks and cycles for all age groups, in particular on the famous Camino de Santiago. We were the first ever tour operator to operate the Camino de Santiago by creating manageable sections along the main routes to Santiago de Compostela. We are often copied but never equalled!
