Description

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Ireland Branch, will host a panel discussion to review the first full year of the Construction Contracts Act 2013 in practice.

This panel discussion will be held in conjunction with the launch of “A Users Guide to Adjudication: Ireland” published by the Construction Industry Council (UK) and co-sponsored by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Ireland Branch and the Adjudication Society, Republic of Ireland Region.

The panel discussion, including an open Q&A session, will take place at 5.30pm, 26th July 2017, in the RIAI, 8 Merrion Square, Dublin, preceded by tea & coffee at 5pm and followed by wine and canapés at approximately 6.30pm provided by the RIAI Contracts Drafting Group. The speakers and topics will include:
