About this event

Learn to build the strength and muscle definition of a ballet dancer without any dance experience. This challenge is designed to make you shake and burn.

You will be sent a new video tutorial every week, to follow every day.

The challenge begins June 1st and ends June 30th.

PLEASE NOTE: Modifications can be offered but this class is not recommended for anyone with injuries.
