Always innovating, always outspoke and certainly never boring are three ways we would describe Balckwater Distillery founder Peter Mulryan. A long time friend of BAR 1661 we have enjoyed watching his journey over the last ten years as an author, Irish whiskey expert and now owner of one of Irelands’ most exciting craft distilleries. A selection of cask samples as well as his most exciting spirits will be paired with BAR 1661 original cocktails.
Ticket includes a Blackwater Whiskey cocktail on arrival.
