The FoodieForum & Gastronomy West Symposium is a one of kind, interactive event which is a must for all food enthusiasts. It offers an eclectic mix of educational food events which will appeal to chefs, restaurateurs, food producers, food lovers and anyone connected with the food and tourism sectors.

The Gastronomy West symposium will feature experts and key note speakers on gastronomy and food tourism with an exciting line up of relevant topics presented and debated. As well as participating in contemporary debates, the FoodieForum will offer visitors the opportunity to watch exciting food demonstrations by some of Ireland’s most celebrated chefs, visit the student culinary showcases, participate in master classes in craft brewing and wine tasting as well as visit some of the best artisan producers displaying and offering tastes in the Artisan market.

The Street Food Fair on campus will also provide some gastronomic delights for all.
