Event description
Join us to discuss how to make your business a great place to work.

About this event

The job market is currently very competitive and candidate-driven. A majority of Irish companies plan to recruit this year, and a majority of Irish workers intend to change jobs this year. In this context, every business must ensure they are an appealing employer who can attract talent, and engage employees so that they want to stay.

Following on from the last Never Mind the Buzzwords session, in this month's session, we'll be discussing how to do this, by learning from experience. We'll be hearing from Emma O'Gorman Wall, COO/Director at Crown Roofing & Cladding Ltd., who has been awarded "Great Place to Work" for 2021 and 2022.

She'll share her insight into enhancing employee resilience and wellbeing, sustaining culture when managing distributed teams, and how to reward and recognise employees in tangible ways. We can learn from some of the challenges they have overcome and the improvements they've made.

Join us on the 15th of June 2022 at 11am (GMT+1) if you would like to…

  • Create a workplace where people are engaged and loyal
  • Manage distributed teams more effectively
  • Feel better equipped to attract talent
  • Clarify what differentiates you as an employer
  • Improve the wellbeing of your teams
  • Connect and share ideas with some like-minded people
