During the camp students will be placed in teams of 5, identify a climate related problem and develop and pitch their own solution. The winning teams pitch will receive a pair of AirPod Pro each.

The camp will cover climate related presentations, 3rd level student experiences, design thinking and prototype development. The camp will focus on developing an innovation solution to help combat climate change.

The 4 day camp is for 4 hrs per day and is free to attend. Students must be in transition year or the senior cycle of 2nd level education. The camp begins each day at 10:00am and will finish at 3:00pm and will be held in IdeasLab central location on NUI Galway campus.

The camp will be delivered by IdeasLab and NUI Galway students.

Students can apply as a team of 5 or individually. The camp is generously funded by the Higher Education Authority and is open to Transition Year and Senior Cycle Students only. Students can register as a team of 5 or individually.
