"Reactive Architectures & Lagom for Microservices"
Enterprises are increasingly moving away from large monoliths towards microservices. Although microservices bring many benefits, they're not a magic bullet and bring with them several new challenges. This talk will focus on how a message driven architecture can mitigate the inherent brittleness that comes with a microservice architecture.
Lagom is the newest member of our suite of products and exists to simplify the patterns that we will discuss. We'll dive in to some code examples and walk through some scenarios to show how to make your services more resilient.
Alberto Ramos: EMEA DevOps Manager Zendesk
How to run a motivated and engaged DevOps team"
"Have you ever wondered what makes a devops team tick? How to get them wanting to do more, come with new ideas every morning, and get them to stay in the company until they retire? I have my personal take on that and after 2+ years of adjustments is working great, here in Zendesk, EU region. Let me share that recipe with you and hear what you think about it."
Chaminda Peris: Engineering Manager-QA
