There was once a King who was very set in his ways and didn’t like to try new things. His two favourite colours were white and green and everything in the Palace had to be white and green, all his clothes, decorations, flowers in his garden and even his food - white bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, lots and lots of peas and some green apples!
But one day a family moved in next door – they had the most colourful clothes and decorations that the King had ever seen. The King was a bit confused. Maybe he is too set in his ways. Can we help him try some new things?
