Rose Keating is a writer living in Cork city. She is attending UCC on a Quercus writing scholarship
and is the 2019 recipient of the Eoin Murray Memorial Scholarship in creative writing. She has
had work published in Banshee, Southword, the Honest Ulsterman and Hot Press magazine.

She was the national winner of the Hot Press Write Here, Write Now competition in 2015, 2016 and
2018, and is the recipient of the Marian Keyes Young Writer Award 2019. She works as a columnist for
the Waterford News and Star
