What's the refund policy?

Refunds on online tickets are available up to 24 hours before the show, and if you buy tickets on the door, we can offer refunds for the first 15 minutes or so. If you feel you need to cancel, just let us know as soon as you can, and we'll do what we can to refund you.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No this is not neccessary. You can download the ticket onto youy phone.
