Mayo Food & Drink producers know better than anyone that the variety and quality of foods available in the county are second to none, with everything from seafood and shellfish, to chocolates, yogurt, dips, sausages, sea salt, lamb, cheese, baked goods, coffee, beverages, beer, whiskey, gin and more!

We are delighted to invite you to enjoy a relaxed evening of food & drinks with other Mayo producers and the menu for this special event has been devised especially by Cafe Rua, with all foods sourced from producers within the county (except the wine!).

Some of you already sell hampers at Christmas and other times of the year. The Mayo Food & Drink Hamper is one potential collaborative product that could easily be developed and we will have a sample hamper for consideration on the night (this will be our Spot Prize!)

We are delighted that we will be joined by Marie Brouder of Brouder Marketing, the powerhouse behind the Sligo Food Trail, who will talk to you about how being part of a food trail can benefit your business, bringing exposure and recognition of your brand and how they developed the Sligo Food Trail hamper in 2020.
