This seminar will be of particular interest to all who are volunteering, employed in, or associated with Community or Voluntary Organisations in the non-profit sector. The Seminar will be delivered virtually and will explore in detail the role of the Chairperson and Secretary on Voluntary Boards. This focus extends to the implementation of the Charities Governance Code, which sets the minimum standards, which everyone on the board of a registered charity, should ensure their charity meets in order to effectively manage and control their organisations.
