About this event
Are you interested in learning how to save energy as we come into the winter months? Are you looking for simple actions you can take to reduce your energy bill? Then make sure to come along to this talk in the County Library in Tallaght where Codema, Dublin’s Energy Agency, will share easy, everyday actions you can take to get you saving energy.
The tips will cover a range of areas of energy use in the home, such as heating, lighting and electrical appliances. Codema will also give a demonstration of their award-winning Home Energy Saving Kit, which is available to borrow from all South Dublin Libraries (please be aware that there are long waiting lists so getting your name down on the list is highly recommended).
Codema will also introduce the Postcards from Dublin 2050 campaign, where you have the opportunity to share your vision of life in Dublin 2050. We want to hear from you about how you imagine life in a more sustainable Dublin.
