Description

An introduction to the plant-based diet – what you can and can’t eat, how to stay healthy and what foods will give you the protein, vitamins and minerals essential to a balanced diet.

Recipes covered will include simple to make soups, stews, salads and helpful tips on beans and lentils, multipurpose sauces to add interest to every day vegetables, easy Thai curry, made in minutes, what is tofu and how do you make it delicious and much more.

All courses run from 10am -4pm on Saturdays and include plenty of hands-on cooking and plenty of opportunities to test the food! A hand out containing all the recipes and other relevant information will be given to each participant.

Numbers are limited to eight students. If the course is fully booked, we will offer to repeat it on the Sunday.

The cost of the courses is €60 for one and includes ingredients and handout.
