TThirsty Thursday 🍷
Think: after-work movement, good company, and a wind-down drink to ease into “Little Friday.”
It’s casual, inclusive, and made for every kind of runner (yes, even if you don’t feel like a runner yet).
We keep it simple — one 4 km loop around Harolds Cross and back to Peggy Kelly’s. Just enough to shake off the day.
✨ The vibe:
Go at your own pace — jog, walk, or mix it up. You’ll find groups at roughly 6:00–6:30 min/km, but no one’s watching the clock. The point is to move, chat, and enjoy it.
Because the truth is:
You’re already fitter than anyone who stayed on the couch.

• Distance: 4 km loop
• Pace: 6:00–6:30 min/km (all levels welcome, walk breaks totally fine)
• Start time:
– 18:30 from October to April
– 19:00 from May to September
• Start/finish: @ Peggy Kelly’s, Harolds Cross
• Post-run hang: sodas, kombucha, NA beers, wine — or just water and great chats
