Description
Another round of running training with Coach Mike Carmody!
Sessions will last approximately 1 hour, and will include such drill as race pace interval work, fartlek, threshold work, hill repeats, steady state running or speed development work, etc. A specific dynamic warm up will focus on mobility work, activation work and running technique drills. The session specifics may be tweaked from week to week depending on the needs and goals of participants.
Cost to members is €5 per session, payable on the night or €30 for the entire block if paid in advance.
