Online interviewing is on the rise and it requires a different type of preparation for both interviewers and interviewees. Although it’s easy to write off an online interview as the same as an in-person interview, there are subtle differences in which to prepare.

Since March this year, 95% of job interviews in Ireland were done via video or telephone interviews and for many industries, they are here to stay. In this webinar, Helen Walshe of EmployFlex will share some tips for those of you new to conducting interviews online and also for those of you being interviewed online.
