Missing your time up the mountains? Worried that your fitness will not be up to scratch to tackle the hills when we can return to hiking? Concerned that your confidence will be low due to lacking in practice?

Join Kathryn Fitzpatrick who will provide lots of tips on building your hill-fitness within the limits of current travel restrictions and tips on how to help build back up your confidence to go hiking again.
Kathryrn Fitzpatrick (Mountain Leader and graduate of Outdoor Education from Liverpool John Moores) moved to Wicklow 18 months ago after working seasonal in the alps in the winter, leading youth international expeditions in the summer and working freelance and is currently working in Ireland as freelance guide.
