Following on from our recent 'sell out' 'Fundamentals of Running Workshop', Cradock Performance is proud to present the next workshop in our series for 2017, 'Triathlon Fundamentals Workshop'. The workshop will run on Saturday 29th of April 2017 from 1-4pm @ The Clayton Hotel, Galway. Tickets will cost €35.
This 3-Hour In-Depth Workshop with mix practical elements with theory and is open to triathletes of all levels from Beginner to Elite levels. The workshop will cover the 3 Key Areas of Triathlon Preparation and Training

Speakers on the day have vast experience in the world of Running, Open Water Swimming, Cycling, Triathlon and Elite Sport. In this workshop you will gain invaluable insight into how to move, train and perform better as a triathlon athlete, no matter what your goals or level of ability are.
Speakers on the day will be:
Eimear Cradock - Sports Physiotherapist - Australian Olympic Team Rio 2016 - Eimear has 10 years experience working with elite athletes including the Australian Canoe Slalom Team, Double Olympic Medallist in Canoe Slalom Jess Fox, Ultra Marathon Winners, World Champion Triathletes, Pro 70.3 Ironman athletes. Eimear has completed numerous triathlons of sprint, olympic and 70.3 distance, multiple open water swim events, marathons and endurance road bike adventures.
Adrian Cradock - Sports Rehabilitator/Physical Therapist/ SnC Coach - Adrian has a vast array of experience in the area of Sports Rehab, Physical Therapy and SnC in elite sport and has worked with some of Ireland's best athletes. He has previously worked with the Irish Senior Rugby Team as a Strength Coach, Galway United and Galway Senior GAA. He is passionate about movement, strenght training, injury prevention and sports performance and has helped multiple triathletes achieve their goals. Adrian completed a swim of Galway Bay from Clare to Blackrock in Autumn 2016.
Ross McLynn - Sports Scientist - Triathlon Coach and Athlete - Ross began his sporting life in the world of soccer as a collegiate soccer player in the USA on scholarship and then as a professional player in Ireland and Iceland before injury curtailed his playing career and he took up triathlon. Ross has worked with West Ham United academy as sport science support and has coached multiple triathlon athletes including 3 that have qualified for Kona to date. Ross competes at Ironman triathlon distance and qualified for Kona Ironman World Championships in 2016 with an impressive time of 8:58.
Numbers for this workshop will be limited and booking is essential. There will be practical elements to the 3 hour workshop so be sure to wear comfortable/sports clothing.
