In this course, based on the practice and philosophy of mindfulness, you will learn to be a true friend to the person you already are.

All lessons will be available to you straight away. You will continue to have access to the course indefinitely - even after it "ends" - and will be able to go back over material, to download text and audios, and to comment on lessons.

How can I get into the course?

A link to get you into the course will be in the confirmation that appears on your screen after you donate. It will also be in an email sent to you by Eventbrite.

 At what times can I do the course?

At any time or in any place so long as you are connected to the internet.

How do I get started?

When you buy your place you will receive an email with a link to click so that you can enroll for the classes and get started straight away (the link will also be in the on-screen confirmation of your purchase).

When can I start?

You can begin the course anytime. Access continues indefinitely, so take your time. My Daily Bell mindfulness reminder forms part of the course experience and will continue for as long as you want though you can unsubscribe easily at any time.

Can I buy the course for a friend?

Yes. I recommend you buy it as if for  yourself and then send the class enrolment link (which you will receive after buying it) to your friend who can take it from there. If you like you can print out the email with the enrolment link and send it to your friend with a box of chocolates and a card though that part's up to you.

Can I get a CPD certificate?

Yes, contact me after you have finished the course and I will send it to you.
