The establishment of psychological safety is a core element to enable teams and groups to perform effectively. Its existence supports candid, frank and honest communication in a supportive environment where colleagues can rely on each other to bring about mutual success. The leader of the group encourages innovation and considered risk taking where mistakes are acknowledged.
The workshop will focus on the following:

• Critical elements of Psychological Safety
• Google’s Case study on Psychological Safety
• How to establish and maintain Psychological Safety
Articles and videos will be shared both before and after the workshop.
