Joe will be taking us thru his current housing strategy plus a project or two and also we will be discussing the current building environment.

Joseph Clancy Has been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years and has gained a wide experience of project management of commercial developments of hotels, golf courses and residential developments throughout Ireland and the UK.

Dublin born and then raised in Co. Wicklow and from a farming background and from 4 x generations of craftsmen and builders- is Dad is involved with business’s in the construction industry in San Francisco, California and with relations involved in large contracting & development business’s in Virginia ,USA and London, UK.... So it’s in the very core of the family DNA

His current interests are with sourcing development lands for large developers, looking at opportunities with modular build systems & lightweight concrete build systems, purchasing small development sites for his own business and keeping up to speed with the latest developments and regulations within the industry.

He is a firm believer in collaborating and networking with like-minded people within the construction and property business in Ireland and the UK.

Is other passion in life is being involved with two Homeless charities in Dublin and being a volunteer & director with an Irish NGO charity working in Haiti with orphan children & communities and much more also.
