This is a 4 week course of Yin Yoga. A weekly space to wind down from your day, relax and connect into the body.
About this event
We will come together on Tuesday evenings at 8.30pm for an hour, creating space both physically and mentally to allow you to relax and release. This is an accessible practice, with many options and variations offered.
Yin Yoga is a practice where poses are held for 3-5mins (or longer!), putting a passive stretch on the joints. It works deep into our fascia or connective tissue. Each practice is based around the meridians - energy lines - in the body. Working to recognise and release any blockages we hold in the body, allowing our energy to flow freely.
It is a deeply nourishing and relaxing practice, through the use of props (pillows, blankets etc) it is accessible for most.
Classes will be held on 26/04, 03/05, 10/05, 17/05.
