4-week Yogalates (Yoga/Pilates) course. De-stress, unwind whilst building strength and flexibility.

About this event

Whatever your situation is at the moment whether you're busy with kids, working from home or juggling all of these, it's still so important to take time out for yourself.

During this 1-hour class we will work with the breath as we move through a series of yoga and pilates movements.

We will:

- Practise mindful breathing

- Stretch and strengthen the body

- Improve core strength

- Improve flexibility

- Maybe most importantly DE-STRESS :)

Class recording sent out each Tuesday within 30 minutes of the class ending.
