Pierwszy taki kurs w Polsce!

Nie ma znaczenia czy jestes zupelnie zielona czy juz masz doswiadczenie w twerkowaniu. Kurs i bedzie Twoja trampolina do rozwoju!

Kurs jest skondensowana baza wiedzy oraz szansa dla aspirujących tancerek na zbudowanie  i wykorzystanie wielu twarzy jakie ma twerk. .

Jak dobrze wiemy twerk laczy sie min z dhq style, akrobacjami sexy dance czy high heelsami.

Kurs lacznie bedzie skladal sie z 24 godzin zajec podzielonych na 8 blokow tematycznych, Kazdy blok tematyczny bedzie skladal sie z 1h techniki, 1,5h choreografii oraz 30min stetchingu i poprowadzony zostanie przez inna instruktorke, ktora jest specjalistka w danej dziedzinie. Zajecia przepelnione beda praktycznymi poradami ta temat techniki, prezencji scenicznej i wykorzystania omawianych elementow w tancu. .

W ciagu 4 dni uczestniczki uzyskaja kompleksowa wiedze ktora pozwoli im tworzyć wlasne choreografie, laczyc rozne elementy techniczne, rozrozniac i wykorzystywac odmiany twerku jako srodek wyrazu artystycznego. .

Celem kursu jest zadbanie o rozwoj uczestniczek a nie tylko nauka choreografii. .

This is probably the most exciting project that we were able able to make so far! It is created in collaboration with these wonderful strong women to bring a smile to other fantastic women 😍😍😍.

The first such program in Poland! and quite possible in Europe!

It doesn't matter if you are completely "green" or already have experience in twerking. Program will be your trampoline for development!

The course is a condensed knowledge base and a chance for aspiring dancers to build and use the many faces twerk has. .

As we know twerk connects with dhq style, sexy dance acrobatics or high heels.

.

The program will consist of 24 hours of classes divided into 8 thematic blocks, Each thematic block will consist of 1h techniques, 1.5h choreography and 30min stretching and will be led by instructor who is a specialist in this area. Classes will be filled with practical advice on the subject of technique, stage presence and the use of these elements in dance. .

Within 4 days the participants obtain comprehensive knowledge which help them create their own choreographies, combining various technical elements, distinguish and apply varieties of twerk as artistic expression. .

The aim of the program is to ensure the development of participants and not just to learn choreography. .
