Event description

Description

Come and join Ulster Bank's Rainbow Network, our employee-led LGBT Network, celebrate Dublin Pride on Saturday 29th June.

Before the parade starts Ulster Bank participants can meet up at the O'Connell Street Branch, where we will have some light refreshements. You can collect a t-shirt to wear and we'll have wristbands, facepaint etc to get ourselves dressed up and to kick off the celebrations in style. From there we will make our way towards Parnell Square/Garden of Remembrance. We will need to leave at 12.30 at the latest to be in place before the parade starts at 13:00.

We’re delighted the see that this year the parade will return to its former routing, progressing down O’Connell Street turning on to Eden Quay and passing Liberty Hall, where the first large scale march for LGBTQ+ rights in Ireland started in 1983. The Parade will cross the Liffey at Talbot Memorial Bridge and travel along City Quay, Lombard Street, Westland Row and end at the free outdoor event in Merrion Square.

*****Note: Please register for each person that is coming so that we have full notice of attendance, eg if you're bringing your partner and child please reserve 3 tickets.*****

By attending this Pride, you are aware that you may be included in photos that the Bank may post onto a public platform (Twitter/Instagram/Facebook). These may be used to promote both the Bank and the Rainbow Network (both internally and externally).
