UC Fit - Self Defence Workshop

About this event
This workshop is designed to give you an introduction into practical self defence and the fundamentals that go along with it. We will look at useful self defence techniques and tips for a beneficial, helpful and fun experience. This session will last approx. 75mins and will consist of a brief intro, fun warm up drills, technique(s) will then be demonstrated and practised with your partner. Session will finish with some sequences followed by a Q&A.
Don’t worry, sessions are suitable to all and prior experience is not required. There will be strictly no sparring, there is an element of contact but it is perfectly safe and enjoyable.
