Description
The aim of the UCD CHilD Research Centre is to create a space for collaborations across the Bio – Psycho – Social Sciences to respond to important challenges and create insights into how early life biological, psychological and social mechanisms impact lifecourse health and wellbeing. The Centre brings together UCD-based researchers who utilize a range of quantitative, qualitative and mixed methodological approaches in researching all aspects of children’s lives from the early years through to adulthood. Our goal is to produce research which can be used by policy makers and practitioners to enhance child well-being. Our annual conference is an opportunity for members to present and discuss their research with an interdisciplinary audience. The theme of this year’s conference is to present the diversity of research being conducted in UCD on children and families
