Living in Lincolnshire

From stunning countryside to vibrant market towns and from a coastline that mixes wildlife havens and kiss-me-quick seaside resorts to a vibrant city at the county’s heart – Lincolnshire has so much to offer.

Famed for its cathedral, castle and history, Lincoln has transformed itself in the past 20 years and is now a lively university city with 12,000-plus students and major industries supporting the city’s and county’s thriving retail, entertainment and nightlife scenes.

Whether it’s town or country, great value housing is a big draw to the area with the average price of a home in Lincolnshire £48,000 below the national average (Land Registry UK house price index May 2017 to May 2018).

Grantham is just one hour 20 minutes from London by train and the A1 provides excellent north-south connections.
