Kathy Ann Fox has a background in health science and health promotion, with a research focus on adolescent health and risk behaviours. She recently completed her PhD in NUI Galway, on the topic of alcohol-related social norms and their relationship with alcohol use during early and middle adolescence. She investigated how adolescents’ perceived peer and parental norms change during this time-period, alongside changes in drinking behaviours, and will share some of her key findings.
